  • Product information: The model is M7462, 15.2g/0.54oz, with dimensions of 28 * 27 * 5.6mm/ 1.1* 1.06 * 0.22 in. The weight of the metal used during casting needs to be slightly higher than that of the finished jewelry, and it is used for water injection
  • Preparation: Tear off the label paper on the outer surface of the mold. The oil sludge in the oil sludge bottle needs to be flat (the oil sludge needs to be stored properly after use and can be reused. If it is hard, a little water can be added to soften it. When casting gold jewelry, you can also lay a layer of napkins on top of the oil sludge to increase the success rate)
  • Adequate preheating: Use a flamethrower to evenly heat the mold around for 2-5 minutes, allowing the mold to fully heat up (generally solid molds require 300 degrees, large molds require 600 degrees, and hollow out processes require 800 degrees)
  • Casting process: Place the corresponding weight of metal in the groove at the top of the mold and heat it thoroughly until the metal is completely melted (it must be completely melted into a liquid to succeed). The weight indicated is gold. If silver is used for casting, if 10g of gold is indicated, only 6g of silver material is needed. When the metal is completely melted into liquid metal, align a clay bottle with the mold mouth, press it vertically, and let the gas pressure push the molten metal into the mold. Maintain the pressing pressure for 20-30 seconds
  • Closing work: Use tools to pull the mold out of the clay bottle and place it in the prepared cold water to allow it to cool thoroughly. Clean the gypsum inside, remove the cast metal work, and clean the surface residue. Finally, polish the work slightly to make it smooth before connecting it to the rope for use
  • Warning: It is necessary to use tools safely during use to avoid high-temperature burn
